Sunday night the port Stanley sailors travelled to Blenheim to take on the Blenheim Blades in an exhibition game. The sailors brought a roster of young, new talent and played a good game.
In net for the sailors Will Richardson made his debut in a sailors jersey. He played the full 60 mins and came out with 34 shots and 31 saves.
The sailors spent 14 minutes in the penalty box with Jaden Vansevenant taking 2 of the 7 infractions.
The sailors were able to net 4 goals throughout the game with 1 in the first and second periods and 2 in the third. Goals in the game were scored by the following in this order;
